We are living in an era where physical appearance matters a lot. People spend hours and hours on their overall looks from skin, clothes, and shoes everything going from one brand to another and to another list goes on and on. Here comes the point which is being neglected: “Healthy Mind”.
“A healthy mind will train you to face your calamity like a warrior.”
We all know the significance of eating healthy in a day to day life having small amounts of meals instead of having large chunks of food together to maintain physical appearance however we forget about our mind which requires equal amounts of utmost care and time as we consider it paramount to physicality. Physical and mental health all are integrated and should not be considered individually. One should not regard only physical health rather mental well-being also.
We often come to the point where today humans are dealing with mental health issues viz. Emotional and work stress, depression, anxiety, fear of acceptance and other issues which are being neglected or not even given paramount consideration as given to other health issues.Usually, no one talks and acknowledges this issue indeed they kept on fighting this battle on their own as there is a fear of being judged rather being understood.
